Need A Good Builder?

In November 2007, my husband and I were planning to add-on to our present home, but we didn't know where to start looking for a builder.

A friend of ours said he knew some men at his church that might be able to recommend someone and that's how we met James (Buddy) Hyatt, a building contractor.

We had no blueprints to show him what we wanted. That didn't bother him. He said as long as he could picture in his mind what we wanted, he could build it without a blueprint.

My husband was sick at the time the building was going on and couldn't help and I knew he knew nothing about building. Mr. Hyatt was very patient with me when I couldn't answer his questions. My husband passed away in April 2008, and he never got to see the completed job.

I am very pleased with the turn out and have had so many nice compliments on the house.

I recommend Mr. Hyatt and his work. He is very dependable, honest and very knowledgeable about all aspects of building (new) or remodeling. He owns his own company.

I count Mr. Hyatt and his wife, Donna as good friends. They check on me quite often.
